Cancellation Policy

If a booking of six or more guests is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, or in the event of ano-show, a cancellation charge of £20 per person will be applied to the card provided.

This charge represents a reasonable estimate of the costs incurred by the pub as a result of late cancellation or non-attendance, including lost revenue and staffing costs.

Arrival Times

Please ensure your party arrives on time for your booking.
If the full party has not arrived within 15 minutes of the booking time and we have not been contacted, we reserve the right to release the table to other guests.

Card Validity

If the card provided is declined, invalid, or cannot be authorised, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Exceptional Circumstances

Cancellation charges may be waived at management’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
